Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College

Social Justice Club

We’re committed to human dignity through our Anglican identity and have helped many

Our Anglican identity calls us to enter into solidarity with the poor, destitute and voiceless to enable them to participate meaningfully in society. In line with this, we offer Senior students (Years 7 to 12) the chance to be a part of our Social Justice Club.

Our Social Justice club meets weekly to discuss a wide variety of topics, covering areas such as human rights, injustice, awareness campaigns and personal identity. To date, the group has achieved great success, helping others who need us to advocate for them.

Underpinning our Social Justice Club is a commitment to human dignity, which is being made in the image and likeness of God. The group values individuality and offers a truly supportive environment to all in the BTAC community.
