2022 Scholarship Information

Our school was named after Bishop William Tyrrell, who was well known for his strong advocacy for the accessibility of quality education. This remains one of our core values and is why we are proud to offer a variety of scholarships to eligible students. 

In 2022, scholarships will be open to current Bishop Tyrrell students as well as external applicants*, and will be offered for the following year groups:

Primary Academic Scholarships

Students entering Years 4-6 in 2023

Secondary Academic Scholarships

Students entering Years 7-12 in 2023

Merit Scholarships

Students entering Years 7-12 in 2023

In addition to Academic Scholarships, the College will be offering:

Application Process

ALL applicants must sit the ACER Scholarship testing and register by Monday, 25th April via the ACER Primary and Secondary registration links. The cost of the testing is $110.00.

ALL applicants must sit the Scholarship testing held at the College on Thursday, 5th May 2022.

ALL applicants must finally download our Scholarship Program, complete the application form and email to registrar@btac.nsw.edu.au by Monday, 25th April 2022.

Scholarship offers will be confirmed at the end of Term 3, 2022.
