Welcome To Year 7!
We warmly invite you and your child to join us for our Year 7 Information Evening, designed for students beginning Year 7 in 2027.
Starting Year 7 is an exciting milestone, and we know it comes with lots of questions and important decisions.
This evening is a chance to feel informed, supported and reassured as you begin thinking about this next stage of learning. It’s also an opportunity to get a genuine sense of life at Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College and how we walk alongside students as they transition into Year 7.
What To Expect On The Evening
We’ve designed this evening to be welcoming, relaxed and helpful for families. During the event, you will:
- Meet our dedicated staff and hear from current Year 7 students
- Hear from our Dean of Year 7 and Head of Middle School
- Learn about our curriculum, pastoral care and the structure of Year 7
- Connect with other families and enjoy light refreshments
There will also be time to ask questions and hear more about how we support students not just academically, but socially and emotionally as they begin Year 7.
