Honouring Achievement at Celebration Evening

Honouring Our Students

Our 2025 Celebration Evening was a truly special occasion, bringing together students, families, and staff to celebrate the accomplishments of our Year 3–11 students. Awards recognised a wide range of achievements, from academic excellence to community involvement, and for those who embody the Bishop Tyrrell values. It was inspiring to see the dedication, talent, and character of our students shine so brightly.

The evening was also filled with wonderful musical performances from students across Year 3 to Year 11. Their creativity, confidence, and passion brought warmth and energy to the night, reminding us of the remarkable talents within our College community.

Celebrating Our Staff

We also acknowledged the dedication of our staff, highlighting important milestones and exceptional contributions. A standout moment was the presentation of the Bishop Tyrrell Award to our Head of Daily Operations, Neale Graham. Nominated by staff, this highest honour reflects Neale’s outstanding leadership, commitment, and care for our community.

Leadership & Community Spirit

Our 2025 College Captains delivered their heartfelt final address, passing the leadership on to the next cohort. Their speech was inspiring, funny, and full of personality, even including a mini monologue from Shrek Jr, celebrating their starring roles in this year’s school production.

The evening concluded with a beautiful blessing from Bishop Peter, who reflected on the year and reminded us how fortunate we are to be part of a community that supports, encourages, and celebrates one another.

A Night To Remember

The 2025 Celebration Evening was a true reflection of the spirit of Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College. A warm, connected community that celebrates achievement, creativity and the joy of learning together. We are proud of our students, grateful for our staff, and thankful to our families for their ongoing support.
