• BYOD Program

BYOD (‘Bring Your Own Device’) offers many benefits to our students. Not only does it allow them to access high-quality learning tools and digital texts as part of learning, but it also means they can work seamlessly between home and school.

At BTAC, we ask that students from Year 2 to Year 12 bring their own devices to school each day. Students in Kindergarten to Year 2 have access to school-owned devices when needed. All students are provided with high-speed, filtered internet while at school.

BYOD Partnership Portals

Bishop Tyrrell Anglican College has partnerships with both LWT and JBHiFi Education, to ensure our families have the ability to access the perfect device for their child’s education. Please see the portal log-ins and information brochures below:

Safe and respectful ICT use and engagement

All students and parents are expected to sign an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) User Agreement when they start at BTAC. This agreement outlines our responsibilities as a college, students and parents to ensure safe, respectful use and engagement with ICT.

Don’t forget a sturdy case! As well as protecting the device from damage, a unique case can help students easily recognise it.
